By using OnGate you agree to these terms.

1. What OnGate is

OnGate estimates when to leave for a flight based on traffic, airport processing times, and the details you enter. Estimates are guidance only.

2. No guarantee — your responsibility

Traffic, security queues, weather and flights can change without warning. OnGate does not guarantee you will reach your flight on time and is not liable for missed flights, delays, costs or other losses. Always allow your own buffer and follow your airline's and airport's guidance.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information. You may delete your account in the app at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Purchases (if offered)

Paid plans, where available, are billed through the app store you purchased from and are subject to that store's terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your app-store account.

6. Intellectual property

OnGate and its content are owned by us. Do not copy or redistribute them without permission.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (if any).

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
