Delete your OnGate data

You can delete your OnGate account and the data linked to it at any time. You don't need an account to do this.

Delete it in the app (instant)

• Open OnGate and go to Settings.
• Under Your data, tap Delete account (or Delete my data if you never created an account).
• Confirm. Your data is removed from our servers straight away and cleared from that device.

Or ask us by email

Email support@ongate.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We do this within 30 days and confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email, name, country, phone number and sign-in details.
• The trips you calculated, your post-trip feedback and your airport requests.
• Your scheduled reminders and any web push registrations.
• On the device you delete from: your recent and saved trips and saved Home and Work addresses.

What is kept, and for how long

• Calculated route results are kept on our servers for up to about a day after the trip, and are not linked to you. They are then removed automatically.
• Nothing else is kept.
